If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a "love a meal or your money back" guarantee.
Please email us at email@example.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems, as a small business we thrive on any feedback that you could provide to improve our service.
Eski Recyling & Account Credit:
If you drop off your delivery box, the wool insulation & icepaks to our offices we'll credit your account $5 per box or if you leave them out when you place your next order our driver will swap them over and we'll credit your account $5 per box.
[Regional WA, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide & Brisbane customers please be aware we're not able to re-collect your delivery boxes at this stage because we use a 3rd party courier company to deliver them and they cannot return them to us.]
Canceling Repeat Order:
If you've selected a product that is on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly repeat order you must give at least 24hrs notice prior to the day of your repeat delivery for us to cancel it and avoid charging your card.
