Do we have some exciting news for you! We have been busy hunting and gathering to bring you two new meals!!
We often get asked for breakfast ideas so here you go! The Veg Egg Cakes with Sweet Potato Rosti! Not one, but two protein-packed vege egg cups, served with a golden, roasted sweet potato rosti and beefy field mushroom! Yum anytime of the day really!!
The second wholesome meal our chefs have been working on is a Masala Fish with Stir-Fry Veg and Cauli Fried Rice. A delicate flaky fish fillet coated with a traditional Indian Masala spice mix, served with a selection of locally sourced, stir-fried veg and a delicious portion of our cauliflower fried rice. Fish is a great source of essential omega-3 fatty acids, so be sure to include this one in your weekly pickings!
Our chefs have been busy creating these meals from only the best local, fresh, whole ingredients and we hope you enjoy them just as much as we do!
